HW - 50

In the story The Six-Lesson Schoolteacher i like how the guy says "In any case, again, that's not my business. My job is to make the kids like it -- being locked in together, I mean -- or at the minimum, endure it. If things go well, the kids can't imagine themselves anywhere else" like he has a cure on making the kids think the way he wants them to think. So he sort of sounds like he is a nice teacher one that is very caring about what the students have to say and how they look things.  He even says how school is like a competition once you get to no the place.  "Nevertheless, in spite of the overall blueprint, I make an effort to urge children to higher levels of test success, promising eventual transfer from the lower-level class as a reward"  His other technique is telling the students that since they got to a higher grade they should be grateful and consider it a award, which is basically making the students feel good for them self which would probably make them do more work.
